Privacy Policy
This policy describes what the FillingLine website does with visitor information, as the site works today.

What the Site Collects
FillingLine (fillingline.net) is operated by LINEVO PACK. The site is built to collect as little as possible.
- Nothing you type. The site has no forms, no contact fields and no accounts for visitors.
- The standard server logs record your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. We use them for security and troubleshooting.
- Aggregated visit statistics, described under Analytics and Cookies.
How WhatsApp Inquiries Work
Buttons such as Request a Line Proposal lead to an address on this site, /go/whatsapp. That address stores nothing. It builds a prefilled message from the page you came from and a topic, then sends your browser to WhatsApp. The prefilled text contains no personal data, and you decide whether to send it.
From there the conversation happens on WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta, under Meta's own terms and privacy policy. We can see your phone number and any details, photos or drawings you send in that chat, and we use them to answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
Analytics and Cookies
The site does not set cookies for visitors. Visit statistics are measured with Plausible, an analytics service that describes itself as cookieless. It reports aggregated figures such as pages viewed, referring site, country and device type, without following individuals across sites. When you click a WhatsApp button, an anonymous event is recorded with the page and the button location only.
If you choose a display preference such as a colour theme, it may be kept in your own browser's local storage. It is not sent to us.
Service Providers and Transfers
Three providers are involved. The servers that deliver this site write the standard logs described above. Plausible provides visit statistics. WhatsApp (Meta) is involved only if you choose to start a chat. Each handles data under its own terms, and data may be processed in countries other than yours. We do not sell visitor information.
Retention, Your Choices and Contact
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. WhatsApp conversations remain in the WhatsApp account that received them until they are deleted; you can ask us to delete a conversation at any time.
